Asset Management Group is a Division of Collins and La Jolla Development Companies. Since their founding in the 1960’s, Collins and La Jolla Development Companies have developed more than 15 million square feet of structures, retaining ownership and management of a large portion of the portfolio. Formed in 1980 as a quality in-house management company, Asset Management Group is one of the largest operations of its kind in California. Managing a portfolio in excess of $600 million with a need to be sensitive to the requirements of over 900 retail, industrial and office tenants can only be accomplished with the best personnel using today's most sophisticated technology. The knowledge gained from forty years of experience in developing and managing commercial real estate pays dividends to both the tenants that choose to join them and the bottom line of the owners who rely on their expertise.

Asset Management Group has managed properties for joint ventures and/or acted as development consultants with such major institutions as Aetna Life, National Life and Accident, UNUM, Wells Fargo Bank, American Stores, Weyerhaeuser Corporation, Scripps Memorial Hospital and many others. In addition, AMG manages properties for individual landowner joint venture partners. Asset Management Group is an accredited management organization that has met the highest standards of ability and integrity established by the National Association of Realtors. Most of the property managers are certified by the Institute of Real Estate Management, and many have over ten years of experience. The properties are all located in California and are leased and managed by the Asset Management Group.
